    If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact the Madi team as soon as possible. This information, which includes the delivery address, cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
  • How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?
    Madi offers the option to exchange or return the item as long as it is done within 14 days of its delivery, otherwise the exchange or return cannot be made.
  • What is Madi's return and exchange policy?
    We can make changes and returns of items as long as they are made within 14 days after the package is delivered. If the item you received is not your size, you can exchange it for another size. If the new size you request is not in stock, you can exchange your order for another item of the same value. We do not process money refunds, you will receive a store credit via a MADI GIFT CARD. Returned merchandise must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted for return: All items must be in the same condition as when received and with the original tags attached. If after our verification we notice that the item appears to be used, altered or damaged, the merchandise will not be accepted and the item will be returned to you. All returns and exchanges exclude shipping charges, so you are responsible for all risks and shipping costs associated with an exchange or exchange.
