Shipping and return policy

This Shipping and Returns Policy describes the procedure and conditions regarding shipping or requesting an exchange/return of a Madi product purchased at www.madioficial.com (hereinafter the "Website"). The Website is managed and owned by Madi, a registered trademark operating from Valencia, Spain.

SHIPPING

1. We ship domestically to Spain (mainland and islands) and internationally.

 

2. We work on request, so delivery time is between 15-30 days, depending on the complexity of the design.

 

3. You will receive confirmation and order tracking details by email. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process orders.

 

4. Shipping costs for purchases within the mainland are free.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1. We can exchange and return items as long as they are made within 14 days of the package being delivered. If the item you received is not your size, you can exchange it for another size. If the new size you request is not in stock, you can exchange your order for another item of the same value. We do not process refunds, you will receive a store credit via a MADI GIFT CARD.

2. In order to be eligible for return of merchandise, all items must be in the same condition as when received and with the original labels. If after our verification, we notice that the item appears to be used, altered or damaged, the merchandise will not be accepted and we will return the item to you.

3. All returns and exchanges exclude shipping costs, so you are responsible for all risks and shipping costs associated with an exchange or return. Madi does not provide return labels and is not responsible for the loss of your package by third parties during shipping to our address, which we will provide to you for an exchange. We regret that we cannot cover shipping costs, and we will only be responsible for these when an item is defective.

4. If for any reason you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified once it has been shipped. We also cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you wish, you may exchange your order for an item of the same price before the order has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible, or request a refund once you have received your order.

5. To start the procedure to request an exchange or return of a Madi item, you must send an email to info@madioficial.com with the subject "RETURN" and provide us with the order number or click here and fill out the form.
